Introduction

Hybrid Academiy first online training and coaching sales, operates in over 190 countries, supporting students in French, English, and Spanish. Based in America, the agency boasts expertly chosen teams of coaches and developers who deliver top-notch client acquisition strategies online.

Problem

The outdated website lacked SEO optimization and quality content, resulting in low traffic and poor client conversion rates.

A responsive one page website with a portal login for user for learning more about coaching session.

I conducted competitive analysis  to understand market trends and user expectations thoroughly.

Persona Development

Franck is a seasoned software engineer based in Paris, with a strong track record of developing scalable solutions for leading tech firms. He frequently travels for industry conferences and client meetings across Europe and the United States, balancing his professional commitments with regular visits to his hometown of Lyon.

Ideate

Wireframe

To improve the online coaching sales process, I created and tested a basic prototype using wireframes based on the user journey. I identified key pages needed for the process and optimized them by researching effective content in coaching platforms.

After presenting several design proposals to the client, I combined and reworked the UI based on their feedback.

After the pages was approved by the client. Developers can easily acess all the history of all the comments. Also specific comments was added as guideline for the developer on typography, animation , UI element, and images.

I made sure to be as detailed and clear as possible so that the developers can bring the design to life as quickly as possible.

Prototype

I created a prototype of the two main pages to show easily how the pages would function.
